Orders are dispatched from Mumbai within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. Metros usually receive in 2–4 working days and the rest of India in 4–7 working days. See the Shipping Policy for full timelines.
Prepaid orders only — UPI, Visa, Mastercard and RuPay on our secure checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available. A ₹50 prepaid discount is applied automatically to every order.
Yes — unopened bottles in their original seal can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Open the Returns & Exchange page for the steps.
Mix and match any three fragrances in your cart and pay for just one — the two dearest are discounted automatically at checkout. There is no code to enter. The offer applies per group of three.
We are sorry. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and bottle, and we will replace it or refund you in full. Details are on the Returns & Exchange page.
